Once upon a time, there were three goddesses, with lovely, pleasant, even hedonistic destinies. All three fell in love with the town of Stari Grad and built themselves a surprisingly beautiful place to relax about 2 kilometers from the town, a place where they and their guests could stimulate all their senses. This is the story of Moirae L.
Villa Features
Villa Moirae L is one of three villas within the luxurious Maslina Resort. This 5-star boutique resort is located in the Maslinica Bay and comprises 50 rooms and three villas. The resort is immersed in the beautiful, intoxicating Mediterranean flora and it is located by the sea. What both the hotel and the villas have in common are beautifully designed, cozy interiors with high-end furniture, complete privacy guaranteed to each guest, but also a wonderful view of the sea and the pine forest.

All three Moirae villas are located below the hotel. Villa Moirae L is located by the sea as the first villa in a row, before villa Moirae U and villa Moirae B. Villa Moirae L is not as spacious as Moirae U; it is the same size as Moirae B and it is as beautiful. The view of the sea from the bedrooms and the lounge is so wonderful that it does not need anything else in fact, though Moirae L has it all.
The villa covers an area of 300m2 on two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. It has 4 double bedrooms and a 31-square-meter heated private swimming pool. There is also 270m2 of green surfaces and 170m2 of tiled surfaces. A short overview in numbers. A wider and longer explanation in words as follows.
From the resort road we enter the garden at the back of the villa and descend the stairs to the ground floor. On the ground floor, Villa Moirae L has one bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has access to a terrace with a pool and a partial sea view. On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a dining room, and a living room. This area also has a large sliding glass wall through which you exit to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, Mediterranean foliage, the bay of Tiha, and cape Kabal.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and respective en-suite bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have sliding glass walls that open onto the upper terrace and all offer (again!) a beautiful, meditative sea view. Please note that two bathrooms in Villa Moirae L have a bathtub.
As with other Moirae villas, Villa Moirae L has one of those views that makes you forget everything else in life, whether you enjoy the view while chilling by the pool, drinking cocktails or taking breaks to read a good book. In addition to the incredibly beautiful view, you will be captivated by clean lines, beautiful details, natural materials, and earth tones that have a relaxing effect on the mind, body, and spirit. We especially like the simple fences of the terraces on all three villas, which together with the wooden constructions of the villas create a wonderful play of shadow and light.
Villa Moirae L also has an additional toilet on the ground floor, an outdoor shower, as well as an outdoor private parking spot for one car.

If you are a guest of one of the three Moirae villas, you can use the additional facilities of the Resort, but they are not included in the price. Continental breakfast (buffet style) is included in the price.

Bright and earthy tones and natural materials – sanded brass, exotic iroko wood, Brač stone, and all shades of terracotta are aligned with the colors of nature, and carefully selected designer furniture complete the whole story in an elegant, cozy, appealing manner.
In addition to smart luxury, wellness is also characteristic of the Resort area; apart from the mild climate, sea air, and the Mediterranean diet, here you will find the most fascinating offer of wellness & spa treatments on Hvar: from holistic treatments such as sound therapy to massages, Finnish sauna, steam and Turkish bath, a fitness studio, and a beauty salon.
At the Resort restaurant, the renowned Chef will prepare top delicacies for you, respecting local producers and the seasonal offer. Apart from the restaurant, there is the Wine & Culture Club bar, with a large selection of international wines, where you can learn something about the long history of winemaking on Hvar. There is also the Bay Beach Bar, which during the mornings functions as a café and later turns into a tavern. All guests of the Resort have at their disposal a sandy beach, a garden with organic vegetables and aromatic herbs, a playroom for children, but also a library.
A private speed boat will bring you from Split Airport to these villas in approximately 45 minutes.
