Villa Aura is a brand new property completed in 2024.
The house is settled in the middle of a protected area, near the village of Selca, with an old Roman road and surrounded with hand-made stone walls.
The total area of the house is 169 m2. The ground floor spans across 74.87 m2 (of which 19 m2 belongs to a covered terrace); the first floor covers 70.69 m2, and there is also a roof terrace of 70.32 m2 (of which 17.56 m2 is covered).
The dominant part of the ground floor exteriors is covered by the pool area with a heated 29-square-meter pool and a 19-square-meter patio, including lounge furniture, a superb view, but also a superb surround system. Ground floor interiors consist of an open plan living/dining room and kitchen (38 m2), a bathroom with a shower tray (5.2 m2), and a laundry room (5.2 m2). The dining table is for six persons, the kitchen is fully equipped for six persons, including a coffee machine, an ice maker, oven, microwave oven, wine refrigerator, etc. The ground floor has two AC units and heated floors for #wintersontheisland lovers. A separate surround system is integrated in the ground floor arrangement. There is also a 55” SAMSUNG TV with PS5. The living area is covered with two independent wi-fi systems, an alarm, a smoke detector, and satellite TV.
For us, apart from the amazing view, the most striking thing here on the ground floor is the couch, which constantly reminds us of the Bandiera Rossa song, but we don't think the owner had that in mind when he chose the sofa. Why exactly red will remain an eternal secret, unless you ask the owner. This couch can be converted into an extra bed for two people, so Aura has a capacity for 8 people in total.
The first floor has an infra-red sauna (3.7 m2), three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom (13.4 m2) has an en-suite bathroom (5.3 m2) and a wardrobe for two persons. The other two bedrooms (15 m2 each) boast superb views of the Dalmatian islands. Each bedroom is equipped with a SAMSUNG TV, satellite antenna, AC unit, and floor heating. The second bathroom on the first floor (6 m2) has a walk-in shower and is designed for four people. Each bathroom is unique in details due to hand-made final coating with micro topping.
On the top of the house, you can find a roof terrace (64 m2), which the owner likes to call "the heart of the house". The terrace is equipped with an independent surround system, a NAPOLEN gas BBQ, a bar table for six people, SAMSUNG "TERRACE" TV, designed lighting, and a separate lounge bar.
