Villa Syrinx is a refurbished stone house from 19th century; it kept the old charme but has all modern facilities. As it is located in the heart of Hvar, it is in fact a perfect holiday property if you like cruising around with a car or bike, discovering all Hvar's hidden gems.

Villa Syrinx is a heritage stone house built in 19th century and refurbished in 2019. The surface area of the entire property is 450m2; that includes a stone house and a terrace with pool area, designed to comfortably accomodate up to 8 people.
You'll reach the house from the main road that goes through the village and leave your car in the parking area. The private parking is large enough for two cars. You will easily see the big blue entrance door, which will lead you to the large exterior space.
Exterior space consists of enclosed terrace where you will find a private pool and covered dining area. Enclosed terrace gives you total privacy and comfort for enjoying long summer days. Under the porch size 20m2 you will find a large wooden table for 8 people, where you can enjoy your meals and hide from from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. The sun covers the terrace from early mornings until dinner time. One of the things we love about Syrinx is that the owner of the house is a yoga teacher, so you will find yoga mats you can use in the villa. She reccommands to practice and salut the sun early in the morning for a complete Hvar holiday experience.
Back to the terrrace... The terrace is 250m2 large and a concrete pool is 30m2 large and 1,5m deep.
From covered exterior dining space you will enter in to the living space of the two storey villa, which itself has 100m2. The ground floor comprises of open, wooden, tailor-made, fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living space has a convertible sofa, handmade furniture from wood and steel, and a large smart TV. Under the stairs there is also a toilet, useful when enjoying the pool and dining area.
When you reach the second floor, after cca 16 stairs, there is a hall and two bedrooms with a view on the pool. First room on the right has two single steel, tailor-made beds with comfortable high quality mattresses (90x200), a wooden clothes rack and a ensuite bathroom with italian shower. At the end of the hall you will find the second bedroom, which also has a matrimonial steel, tailor-made bed with high quality mattress (180x200), a wooden clothes rack and a bathroom with an italian shower. Both rooms have a wooden, high-attic ceiling which gives the impression of spaciousness and comfort. Both are also equipped with air conditions and window mosquito protection.
In addition to the main house there is a 40m2 big parental suite which contains matrimonial bed with high quality mattress (180x200), a wooden clothes rack and a bathroom with an italian shower. The suite has a wooden high-attic ceiling, AC climatisation, window mosquito protection and it's own entry, accessible from a parking area.
In case of need, there are two convertible sofas as well, one in the first room, and second in the living space. In the pool house, there is also a laundry space.
Villa will be a lovely vacation destination for a bigger family, two smaller ones or a group of friends. Calmness of the village is perfect for escaping the rush of everyday life. You will wake up by the smell of lavander and fall asleep listening to the sounds od the island. The minimalistic interior and natural materials such as wood and stone, will create unforgetable, authentic experience during your stay in the house.
