All three fell in love with the town of Stari Grad and built themselves a surprisingly beautiful place to relax about 2 kilometers from the town, a place where they and their guests could stimulate all their senses. This is the story of Moirae U.
Villa Features
Villa Moirae U is one of three villas within the luxurious Maslina Resort. This 5-star boutique resort is located in the Maslinica Bay and comprises 50 rooms and three villas. The resort is immersed in the beautiful, intoxicating Mediterranean flora and it is located by the sea. What both the hotel and the villas have in common are beautifully designed, cozy interiors with high-end furniture, complete privacy guaranteed to each guest, but also a wonderful view of the sea and the pine forest.

All three Moirae villas are located below the hotel. Villa Moirae U is located between villas Moirae L and Moirae B, adjacent to the sea. Villa Moirae U is the largest and coziest of the three villas.
The villa covers an area of 500m2 on 3 floors – basement, ground floor, and first floor. It has 5 double bedrooms (3 king size beds and 2 twin beds), a 55-square-meter heated private infinity pool, Finnish sauna, and a 40-square-meter fitness room. There is also 480m2 of green surfaces, 210m2 of paved areas, and 80m2 of decking space.

On -1 level of the villa, you will find the fitness room and Finnish sauna, a separate toilet, and two showers.
On the ground floor of the villa there is one double bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in shower, toilet, and a stone bathtub. This bedroom has a large glass wall leading to a travertine terrace with a pool, a terrace that extends along the entire ground floor, where, in addition to the infinity pool – which seems to connect the terrace with the sea – there is also a jacuzzi.
The bedroom is located to the left of the spacious living room with a dining area. The living/dining room is also connected to the terrace with the swimming pool through a glass wall. Just like from the terrace, the view from the interior of the villa to the sea is too beautiful to be real. All rooms have glass walls overlooking the sea. Villa Moirae U has one of those views that makes you forget everything else in life.
A nice touch to the living/dining room is a beautiful minimalistic fireplace and a wisely hidden LCD TV that won’t disturb the lovely view as long as you don't let it.
To the right of the living and dining area is a beautiful and superbly equipped kitchen, spacious as well. At the breakfast bar, you can enjoy your first morning coffee Zen while observing mesmerizing nature, the blue sea, and the greenery of the pines.
On the first floor of the villa there are 4 double rooms, 2 with twin beds, 2 with king size beds. Each bedroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, and one bedroom has an additional bath. All 4 bedrooms on the first floor have access to a balcony that extends along the first floor and offer a beautiful view of the sea.
The villa has a private access suite with a separate entrance, an outdoor shower, and a restroom, as well as an outdoor private parking for 1 car.

If you are a guest of one of the three Moirae villas, you can use the additional facilities of the Resort, but they are not included in the price. Continental breakfast (buffet style) is included in the price.

In addition to smart luxury, wellness is also characteristic of the Resort area; apart from the mild climate, sea air, and the Mediterranean diet, here you will find the most fascinating offer of wellness & spa treatments on Hvar: from holistic treatments such as sound therapy to massages, Finnish sauna, steam and Turkish bath, a fitness studio, and a beauty salon.
At the Resort restaurant, the renowned Chef will prepare top delicacies for you, respecting local producers and the seasonal offer. Apart from the restaurant, there is the Wine & Culture Club bar, with a large selection of international wines, where you can learn something about the long history of winemaking on Hvar. There is also the Bay Beach Bar, which during the mornings functions as a café and later turns into a tavern. All guests of the Resort have at their disposal a sandy beach, a garden with organic vegetables and aromatic herbs, a library and a playroom for children.
A private speed boat will bring you from Split Airport to these villas in approximately 45 minutes.
