Villa Features
Hermes Green is a luxurious contemporary design villa located in the town of Hvar. Perfectly situated in a peaceful area, approximately 20 meters from the sea and a 15-minute relaxing stroll from the historic Hvar town center. 494 square meters of total surface of the villa are surrounded by colorful Mediterranean greenery.
The villa can accommodate 10 persons in total. Guests have at their disposal 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a HD satellite system (Astra), LCD TV, fiber-optic internet, dual-band Wi-Fi indoor and outdoor, SONOS music systems for public and outdoor areas, as well as Hitachi central air conditioning with individual room control. All the rooms have balconies, offering astonishing sea views. The outdoor space is enriched with several relaxing and dining areas: the main terrace with a table for 10 persons, a lounge area, a pool area with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, all overlooking the beautiful deep blue, a pebble beach with wooden tanning decks, and green pine trees.
Just a note: due to the specific nature of the terrain, the number of stairs and terraces, young children should be supervised at all times.

On the lower ground floor, there is a room for the villa manager, a room for technical equipment, and an indoor garage. The villa manager is at the property, separated from the guests, and available for all questions and inquiries, as well as concierge services.
On the ground floor, you will find one bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct exit to the sea view balcony.
The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining area comprising 93m2, with a separate entrance and exit to the terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated icemaker, a wine fridge, and a coffee/tea station, a large dining table with chairs for 10 people, as well as a relaxing lounge area with sofas, 65-inch smart TV plus DVD/audio, built-in SONOS music system, bar area, and a separate bathroom. To the front, you’ll find the open and spacious sea view terrace with a dining table and chairs for 10 people, and a large parasol.
On the first floor of Hermes Green, there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds (200x210cm). All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryers, and all the necessary amenities. All have direct access to the sea view balcony, a 55-inch smart TV, cabled and Wi-Fi Internet access. Also, each room has its own wardrobe with an integrated safe. Two of the mentioned king size beds can be converted into twin beds (100x210m each), according to your personal needs and wishes.
