If we were to describe Hades in only three words, we’d say it was a perfect catch. To be more specific, we’d say it reminded us of Mediterranean Sundance by Paco de Lucia and Al Di Meola. An amazing place to dance, in the rhythm of nature, the rhythm of life.
Villa Features
Hades has a perfect location, in the southern side of the island, in a small place called Sveta Nedjelja. This means you won’t want for good wine nor gorgeous beaches within walking distance.
The property spreads across 1180m2, with 885m2 comprising the living area. Villa is composed of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, three additional toilets, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a basement garage, a professional laundry, a gym, a wine cellar and wellness center including finnish sauna, showers with special possibilities and space for massage tables… but let's stop listing; you'll have to discover some Hades secrets on your own.
Let’s take a quick tour of Villa Hades from the top.
The attic houses two bedrooms with matrimonial beds. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray.
The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closed, a bathroom with a large bath and shower tray, and exits onto a beautiful, spacious terrace with an outside lounge area. The other two bedrooms are almost identical, with one having a matrimonial bed and the other having separate beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray.
The ground floor of Hades consists of the kitchen and living room that exits onto a terrace – but we’ll talk about it later. The kitchen area covers a well-equipped kitchen (all the stuff you need and don’t need), a dining room, and an area in between where you’ll find an extra toilet. From the kitchen, one path leads to the back of the house, whereas another hallway leads towards the living room. There you’ll see an impressive back yard, which connects the entire house as a strong spine. The living room is also impeccably equipped as a five-star villa should be, and the highlight of the space are the hallways that lead from the living room to the terrace. Large glass surfaces offer a breath-taking view of the beautiful, minimalist terrace, the pool and the sea in the distance.
The outside area of Villa Hades is a sight for sore eyes with its beautiful foliage arrangement, pool, outside lounge area, stylish deck chairs… the highlight of the space is a jacuzzi with a view worth a thousand words. Apart from all this, you'll find a fireplace, a summer kitchenette, and dining room, again with a view to kill.
In the basement there's a gorgeous, comfortable wine cellar and a spa with a sauna, shower, and toilet. Due to the atmosphere of the area, you might think of various activities that make life more beautiful. An interesting passage (which we’ll leave for your exploration) leads to a gym with a toilet, which can normally be entered from the outside of the house. Apart from everything, the basement has a large garage for 3 cars and, next to it, a professional laundry area.
The villa owns uninterrupted access to the sea and also a possibility of mooring yachts or boats in the nearby marina. Within the external setup You’ll be absolutely safe thanks to video surveillance and alarms as well as a smart house system. If needed, Hades has a small heliodrome as well.
Everything about Hades oozes luxury and quality. The colors and the details are neutral so you won’t be amazed by them, but you won’t be irritated either. The materials are top class, the forms are eye catching. The villa has outstanding equipment and is the best that Hvar has to offer in terms of private accommodation.
To be more concrete when describing Hades, we’d say that (while Mediterranean Sundance is not playing on the terraces) we are haunted by Adele and her soft yet powerful rendition of Skyfall, whereas Daniel Craing, having taken his Martini, shaken not stirred, in Hades, in a perfect dark-blue sailboat just left Sveta Nedjelja for Italy…
A perfect catch. Catch it while you can.
ps. The price of the villa includes a housemaid and a RIB boat 8.5 m with 2 x Honda 225 HP and a skipper. Fuel is, of course, charged extra.
