Atropos is a newly built villa; all the works were finished in 2024. It is located adjacent to the sea and interior as well as exterior spaces are all facing the sea. The views are impeccable indeed…

The villa has 3 floors spanning across 220m2 with the possibility for the ground floor to be isolated if needed. The 3 floors are connected by a staircase located in the entrance hall. The entrance to the property is at street level through a gate which opens to a car park spot under a pergola. Street parking free of charge is available as well.

A stair leads from the carparking to the pool terrace (34 m2) and to the main entrance to the villa, which opens onto the first floor and the main interior, with large windows (7m) overlooking the seaside and access to another terrace (21m2) on the opposite side. It consists of a large open space with a living room (lounge area and fireplace), dining room for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large worktop. 

The ground floor consists of a large bedroom (double bed 180x200cm, which can be separated into two single beds), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. It extends onto a large terrace (20m2) next to the garden facing the sea. It is connected via a staircase to the first floor and is referred to as “the apartment” as it can be isolated from the rest of the villa; it has its own entrance via the terrace, which is accessible from the car park. There is a separate toilet there as well.

The staircase also leads to the second floor, to a large hallway with access to two bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom (the bed is 180x200cm) with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second is a twin bedroom (the beds are 90x200cm respectively), which also includes a large office desk and one separate bathroom with a toilet and a shower tray.

All bedrooms have fitted closets and wardrobes.

The villa is equipped with STARLINK internet, independent from the local network which can be overloaded in the summer. 

The surrounding garden, outdoor spaces, and the inviting urban pool are ideal spots for relaxing, chilling, reading or just outdoor dining with a view.

You can swim in front of the villa where you can find rocks, or walk cca 10 minute to the beautiful pebble beach of Pokonji Dol.

The villa boasts a panoramic 180-degree sea view, it is oriented towards the south and offers stunning views of the sea and the surrounding islands (such as Pakleni, Pokonji Dol), providing the opportunity to observe passing boats, which, you have to admit, is romantic. Or at least very calming. The interior, terraces, and garden are embellished with unique ethnographic decorative pieces and objects, offering a distinctive charm to the villa.

Inside the villa, the soft tones, plush fabrics, and minimalist designer furniture with clean lines exhude a serene and elegant atmosphere. Subtle accents are given by metallic finishes or natural materials. The owners themselves are naturally stylish, and so is their villa; they took care of every detail so that every corner of the villa will make your stay pleasant.

IMPORTANT:

The two roads that surround the house are roads with little traffic and are used mainly by people who have houses in that part of the town. 

Please note that due to its elevated position, the nature of the plot, the stairs and terraces, this villa might be unsuitable for children under the age of 10. The owners will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries. Young children should be supervised at all times.
