Villa Amphitrite was built in 2001 and renovated in 2015. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Villa is situated in Rosohotnica, a charming bay next to the village of Basina in the northern part of the island of Hvar. The location is ideal for everyone looking for a wonderful spot for a vacation that includes swimming, walking, hiking, biking or just sunbathing by the pool in a peaceful environment far away from the crowds, yet close enough to some town facilities. The town of Vrboska is 4 km away.
Amphitrite is surrounded with Mediterranean foliage and several equally attractive summerhouses nearby. The total square footage of the property is 2000m2, while the square footage of the house itself is 220m2.
On the high ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with big glass doors overlooking the sea, and a terrace. The first bathroom with a shower tray is located on this floor too. The terrace is 60m2, perfect for enjoying lazy afternoons or maybe tasty sea view BBQ with your family and friends.
A wooden staircase leads from the high ground floor to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom is 30m2 in size. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, and it has an en-suite bathroom with a large bath and a massage shower. Master bedroom has its own terrace of 25m2 with a stunning sea view.
The second bedroom is 20m2 in size and it is equipped with a double bed which can be converted into single beds if necessary. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray and it is connected to a balcony, which offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy some more beautiful Mediterranean sceneries while waking up in the morning!
Villa Amphitrite also has two more bedrooms on the ground floor which have a separate entrance. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, as well an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray.
