Cottage Features
Built in 1913, the fishing house Nesoi has always been in the owner's family. It was completely renovated in 2022. Since it is 9 meters away from the sea, if you close your eyes while you are in the house, you will sometimes feel as if you are on a boat because of the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves.
Although it is located in the village Zavala, where you have everything you might need (like restaurants, a cocktail bar, and a grocery store), the position of the cottage Nesoi gives you the impression of solitude.
The house spans across 85 m2 and consists of a ground floor and a high attic. It has two bedrooms and can host 4 people.
The ground floor features an open-plan living room, a dining room with a table for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. The same area also has a TV with Netflix and air conditioning. There is also a restroom on the ground floor. A nice and warm addition to the interior of cottage Nesoi is a small garden with plants under the stairs that lead to the first floor, that is, to the high attic.
In the attic you will find two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), wardrobes, air conditioning in each room, and TV with Netflix in each room. You can always get bored of the incredibly beautiful and relaxing view through the windows, so if you feel that the completely unfamiliar amount of relaxation bothers you - quickly turn on Netflix!
The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower tray.
As for the exterior of cottage Nesoi, there are some nice surprises there as well.
The terrace on the east side of the cottage is 35m2 in size and has a dining table for 6 people, a BBQ for gastronomic pleasures, and (would you imagine that!) a jacuzzi for all kinds of jacuzzi pleasures.
The terrace on the west side of the house is 45m2 in size and has 4 deck chairs for sunbathing, stargazing, and sun gazing - so you can go completely crazy from all that mindfulness. A huge agave was planted on the terrace, for that extra touch. Go left, go right, the sea will always be in front of you, watching you - sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, but always lovingly.
Last but not least, let's not forget to mention this fact: there is private parking in front of the cottage for 2 cars.
Cottage Nesoi is indeed a sweet little home away from home by the sea. It's charming and it's simple, so you can keep your focus on the things that really matter. It is very suitable for a family, couples, friends, and enemies who will become friends after they share the experience of this amazing place on Earth.
